The canadian artist Michel de Broin created an amazing mirror ball, which was suspended from a construction crane 50 meters above the ground for one night in Paris. Read more about the London based artist.

 

Flint completed a few small updates on bueroflint.com. A new search function, provided by Sikbox.com, has been integrated and the “Zoom” newsletter layout is done. The first newsletter will ship in the next few weeks. Next updates on bueroflint.com will follow at the end of 2009/beginning of 2010: Travel blog overhaul with new name and design and a new photos section (yes, indeed), which is currently under development.

Flint is creating a new website for an international removal company located in Berne. The website is going online in February 2010 and will be created in Typo3 and available in three languages. Flint is responsible for the design and production, all texts are created by Escribo.

The International Worldcup of sport climbing is planned to take place in Berne (Switzerland) 2011. Flint has created a two-minute-trailer to provide a taste of the upcoming event, using impressions of past worldcup events in Switzerland. The trailer contains photos and short film sequences, which were cut to a fast tempo.

The basic animations of the stills (photos) and various title and logo animations have been created in Adobe After Effects. The music has completely been composed in Apple Logic Pro and finally has been put together with further stills, film sequences and animations in Final Cut Pro.
